Property Development VR
3D Environment Modeling, Art Subcontracting Manager.
In this VR application we at Mirar re-created an area overlooking the Pennybacker Bridge and Colorado river in Austin, TX for a property developer. As part of the project I helped model terrain and oversaw the modeling of a number of prominent houses directly effected by the proposed project and modeled a number of them myself. This enabled individuals with property, and more importantly views at stake, to view first hand what the project would look like and how it wouldn’t ruin their views or property values.
